Worthy Sir Knights; I’m asking for a turn out for
the Exemplification sponsored by Assembly 2628, Our
Lady of Guadalupe. The exemplification will commence
at 11 a. m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011;
Registration for all candidates and their ladies
will be at Hubertus Hall. Candidates will gather in
front of the church, after registering, for group
photos while the ladies and guest will stay in the
hall until the exemplification is finished.
Activities are scheduled for the ladies and guest in
the hall while their candidates are exemplified.
The cost per lady/guest is $8.00 each.
Around 3:30 p. m. candidates will rejoin their wives
and guest in the hall for refreshments.
At 4:30 p. m. the hall will be assembled for the
banquet. (By Council 10090)
Also; at 4:30 p. m. all candidates, wives and Sir
Knights will line up for 5 p. m. mass. All
candidates and families will proceed into church and
sit together. All Sir Knights in Regalia/Tuxedos
will form in the center aisle as directed by the
Faithful District Marshal.
After Mass everyone that has tickets for the Banquet
will gather in Hubertus Hall for a Social Hour
before the Banquet.
7:00 p. m. Banquet starts. Honoree and guest speaker
is our most Reverend Father Jan Piotr Klak, Pastor
of St. Anthony Mary Claret Catholic Church.
A District Turn out has been called by the District
Master, Sir Knight Gregg Tatum and I have asked for
a special turn out for our assembly. If there is

This is going to be an unusual event, and I say this
because I’ve been on the Exemplification Team for
over 15 years and we have never done what we are
going to do on this exemplification. We are going to
do the Exemplification across the street at the
National Rod and Gun Club’s pavilion. All Sir
Knights and candidates will line up and march from
St. Anthony Claret across the street to the pavilion
and back afterwards. It’s going to be a beautiful
sight. Tell your wives to bring their cameras to
capture this event.
So Worthy Sir Knights, now you know the schedule,
whatever part of the event you can commit to, you
are asked to participate.
